I have a braided money tree, two trunks of dying. What should I do?

I had my money tree for about a year and was very well. I care as if it were a succulent. I'm not much research and this is said to be the best and has always been. I just noticed that one of the five trunks dead and another is too soft. What should I do? Should I try to disarm and implement these? The other three are doing very well.

just cut the two trees that are dead do not cut the dead part also cut some of the areas health, because it could be a disease.
