Is the Canon EF 100mm f / 2 USM good sports?
I need a portrait lens, and sports Nice lens. I do not have much money to spend, taking in mind that my family is what I ask for, and we are short of money. I know that 85 is a good picture of the target 1.8, but I thought that perhaps 100 mm f / 2 would be a good sport and objective portrait. I read the reviews saying it was. I suppose my real question is, is the focal length of this lens is good for the sport? I Sports 1.6x conversion of the sensor, and shooting (football, swimming, rugby, football, basketball) generally have access on the ground, or am very close. You can also get a 5D Mark II and it did not factor conversion in it. Is this something we should consider?
This might work as a 160-mm ISH on yours, not bad, especially the indoor sport. The 85 mm is ideal for portraits. It works like a lens of 135 mm f 2 L. Famous Both focus very quickly and without sound. You also FTM (manual at any time), too. You can adjust the concentration at any time, even in manual mode. Very useful in making portraits. If you're Mark II, which will work well. Actually I like (the optical viewfinder is huge and will probably never return to what you have now.)
