These inclusions, however, apply only to loans that are "owned or guaranteed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac http://money.cnn.com/2009/02/18/news/economy/obama_foreclosure/index.htm ? postversion = 2009021812 Then I called my mortgage company to find out if my loan is held or guaranteed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac told me that their policy is not to disclose information to investors and can tell me if it is held or guaranteed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac offer me notice. So how do people find out if their loans are held or guaranteed by Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac?

It's ridiculous that you must climb the levels until you get your answer.
